Arthur Zegelbone

Cultural Diplomacy Advisor

Arthur Zegelbone is a retired U.S. Foreign Service Officer whose career has been dedicated to international cultural relations, diplomacy, and cross-cultural exchange. During twenty-five years with the U.S. Information Agency and the U.S. Department of State, he served in Latin America, Japan, and at the United Nations, developing cultural initiatives that strengthened international understanding and cooperation.

Since leaving government service, Zegelbone has remained deeply engaged in the cultural sector, advising international exchange programs, consulting for arts institutions, supporting fundraising efforts for cultural organizations, and serving on the Board of Directors of the International Studio & Curatorial Program (ISCP) in New York. He has also taught and lectured extensively on cultural diplomacy and international cultural relations. His work reflects a lifelong commitment to culture's role as a bridge between societies and a foundation for meaningful international engagement.
