Badiyeh Arts brings curators, directors and cultural organisers from the Global South to New York, and sends New York–based professionals out to meet them — in Karachi, Beirut, Nairobi, Lisbon, Rio de Janeiro, Marrakech and Kyoto, with new cities joining every year.
Our Supporters make this possible, and they are part of it. They come to our gatherings, meet our guests while they are here, and travel into a network that now reaches four continents. You will know the people your support brings to New York, because you will meet them.

Supporting an exchange
You can also sponsor or underwrite an exchange in full, or support it over several years, with the exchange carrying your name. You can also choose which programme you are most interested in supporting. These partnerships are shaped individually and begin with a conversation — write to us at support@badiyeh.org and we will talk it through.
Give once or monthly
Not every contribution needs a tier. Gifts of any size go directly into the programme, and we are grateful for all of them. Monthly gifts count toward membership: $50 a month makes you a Friend, $100 a Patron, $250 a member of the Badiyeh Circle.
Why your support matters
By 2027, Badiyeh Arts will run six to eight exchanges a year, moving cultural professionals between New York and cities across four continents. It is a serious undertaking, and we intend to build it properly — with long partnerships, real hospitality, and the kind of attention that makes people want to keep working with one another.
Supporters are how it gets built. Every membership adds to what we can commit to in the season ahead: another city, another partnership, another set of conversations that would not otherwise take place.
You are not funding a series of visits. You are helping build a network of artists, curators, cultural leaders and institutions working across borders — one designed to outlast every exchange that made it.
How to give
Badiyeh Arts is a fiscally sponsored project of Fractured Atlas, a non-profit arts service organization. Contributions for the charitable purposes of Badiyeh Arts must be made payable to Fractured Atlas only and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
We also welcome gifts of appreciated stock and grants from donor-advised funds — write to us, and we will guide you through it.
